Commercial Shipping (Preferred Method)

• Eligibility: This shipping method is applicable for orders that include items over 150 lbs and is designed for delivery to commercially zoned addresses equipped with a forklift for unloading.
• Process: Orders will be shipped on a pallet via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight on a semi-truck to ensure the safe handling and transport of your large items or bulk orders.
• Requirement: A commercially zoned address with a forklift or loading dock is required to receive the shipment directly. This facilitates a smoother delivery process and avoids additional handling charges.

Freight Hub Pickup

• Option for Non-Commercial Addresses: If you do not have a commercially zoned address or the necessary equipment for unloading, we offer an alternative solution by shipping your order to the closest freight hub in your area.
• Coordination: Trailer Parts Unlimited will locate the nearest hub to your location and coordinate with you via phone call or email to discuss pickup details. This option allows you to arrange for the collection of your items at your convenience.
• Pickup Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to pick up items from freight hub. We will provide you with tracking so you will know when it arrives. Also the freight hub should contact you when it arrives at hub.

Residential Delivery with Additional Charges

• Availability: If your order must be delivered to a non-commercially zoned address, we can accommodate this request. However, please be aware that the freight company will levy an additional charge for residential delivery.
• Additional Charge: The additional fee for residential delivery typically ranges between $150 to $200. This charge covers the extra logistics and handling required to deliver large items to residential areas.
• Notification and Agreement: Customers opting for residential delivery will be notified of the additional charge in advance. Payment of the additional fee will be required to proceed with the shipment to a residential address.
